Switchboard-IQ is not a public emergency service and does not replace 911, emergency services, clinical judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or safety professionals. The automated assistant may make errors or require human follow-up.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving the call flow, maintaining valid transfer and calendar details, obtaining any required notices or consents, and using the service in compliance with applicable requirements.

5. Website submissions

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, patient information, customer records, or other sensitive data through public website forms.

6. Intellectual property
